NATIONAL motor factor GSF Car Parts has begun plans to supercharge the expansion of its network in 2024 with the opening of a brand-new branch in Sunderland.

This is the first of a flurry of new branch openings for GSF, with the leading parts supplier set to open 20 sites this year as it commits to operating more than 200 branches across the UK.

GSF’s new Sunderland branch is located just south of Wearside on the Leechmere Industrial Estate, complimenting the company’s existing site north of the River Wear in Boldon.

GSF Car Parts North East Divisional Director John Williams said: “We’re thrilled to double our presence in Sunderland, where the team will offer rapid delivery and excellent availability to customers in the city centre and surrounding areas to the south such as Peterlee.

“GSF has a fantastic reputation for outstanding customer service in the north east and our new Sunderland team will build on this. They have a large unit in a prime location with an excellent stock pack, so we fully expect this to be a key branch for us in the region.”

The Sunderland branch is helmed by Branch Manager Andrew Taylor, an experienced motor factor manager whose connections and reputation will help the branch to hit the ground running.
