Steve is a seasoned leader with vast experience in the automotive sector. He was Chief Operating Officer at Euro Car Parts and has since held CEO posts at the SPOT Group, OT Group and Petromin.

Martin is a highly experienced recruiter who was instrumental in the rapid growth of Phones4u and Euro Car Parts. He joined GSF in December 2023 with a focus on strengthening and accelerating the company's recruitment as it embarks on a period of significant and sustained network growth and investment.

Alistair joined GSF in January 2024 and is now the company's Chief Customer Officer. Prior to joining GSF, he co-founded, scaled, and exited the UK's largest online marketplace for car repairs, WhoCanFixMyCar.com. Alistair's role focuses on developing and maintaining best-in-class customer relationships and helping enhance GSF's market position as it embarks on a new period of growth and investment.

Before moving into the automotive sector Alistair spent 10 years in Financial Services working for Lehman Brothers, and then Nomura. Here he specialised in selling Fixed Income products, bonds and derivatives, to Hedge Funds and Banks.

Alistair studied European Business with French at Nottingham Business School and has lived and worked in France, Switzlerland and the US.

Mike brings a wealth of experience to GSF from his previous role as CFO of Victoria PLC from 2016 to 2022, where he played a pivotal role in growing the company's EBITDA from c. £20 million to c. £200 million. This involved the management and integration of significant investments and synergy initiatives, as well as raising over £1 billion in investment financing.

Prior to this, Mike spent 9 years in the Investment Banking division of Rothschild & Co, specialising in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance; and previously 3 years in the Forensic Services division of PwC, where he completed his chartered accountancy qualification.

Mike grew up in Hong Kong and studied Engineering at the University of Cambridge.

Falgun has extensive experience in the motor factor and aftermarket parts industry with over 20 years spent in program management, inventory management and warehouse operations.

He joined GSF Group in March 2024 and oversees logistical operations for the national distribution centre, and wider network.

Yogesh, Known as Yogi, has been senior business professional in the global auto industry expertise of over 29 years globally. His career spans across India, China, Europe & United States. Showcasing his ability of handling global operations across geographies and dealing with different nationalities. Yogi possess unparallel acumen of product & process understanding. His exposure in the fields of sourcing, supply chain, product development, engineering, quality and project management along with his handson approach keeps & Yogi has been accredited with establishing manufacturing facilities in China & India.

Yogi joined GSF in 2024 with an established track-record of working globally within the automotive aftermarket supply chain for many leading brands. His expertise in parts manufacturing and procurement will be vital in helping GSF maximise the growing opportunities created by increased sales volumes and buying power.

He has past exposure with the global companies like, Yamaha, Shriram Pistons, Federal Mogul (DRIV) , Sanden, Dayco, Allied Nippon & Friction1 Braking

Debasish, known as Dev, is a dynamic senior business leader with over 25 years of international experience. His career spans across India and Europe, showcasing his versatility in strategy, sales, and operations among other areas. Dev excels in diverse environments, from start-ups to multinational corporations, leveraging his strategic acumen and leadership to drive growth and operational excellence. His hands-on approach and keen insight into market trends have been instrumental in developing sustainable business strategies.

With automotive experience from General Motos, Euro Car Parts and Schaeffler, Dev joins GSF Group as Chief Commercial Officer.
