Mark joined GSF in September 2021 and has extensive experience in leadership roles at complex, growing organisations across several sectors in the UK.
In his most recent role as Chief Executive at building parts manufacturer Sigmat, he led the company’s ambitious growth plans during challenging times. Mark established a proven track record of success in business strategy and operations during his career, including in his previous leadership position at Bradfords Group Ltd.
Mark completed Executive Development Programmes, both in Europe and in the United States, and holds a degree in HNC Business Studies from Coventry University in England.
Sally is a qualified chartered accountant with a vast range of experience in senior financial positions at organisations with a demanding customer base and supply chain.
She joined GSF in September 2019 from Westbridge Food Group, where she was Group Finance Director. Previous to this, Sally was Vice President and CFO responsible for Finance and IT for the International Division of Dawn Food Products. During her career, she has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Singapore and the Netherlands. She has vast experience in merger and acquisition activity and most recently led the successful trade sale of Westbridge Foods to the CP Pokphand Group.
Jo is an experienced HR professional with more than 20 years spent in the automotive industry.
She joined CES in 2001 and became HR Director for GSF in 2014. She has since managed the integration of thousands of employees from more than a dozen brands and Jo leads a team whose remit includes employee relations, compliance, communications, training, talent, payroll and more.
Paula Huesca de Crean
Group Commercial Director
Paula has more than 22 years’ experience in the automotive industry, with a career spanning roles in OEMs and leading aftermarket suppliers in which she has been instrumental to product development, supply chains, integrations and leading purchasing groups.
Paula joined GSF in May 2019, having previously worked for LKQ Europe and at Euro Car Parts Group in the UK and Ireland as Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to this, she led the Quinton Hazell business in Europe and held various commercial and finance positions in Caterpillar and OEM Land Rover/Rover.
Mark Joined GSF in June 2022 and has extensive experience in Supply Chain and Change leadership roles in a range of industries both domestically and internationally. Most recently, Mark led the transformation of the Operations function for FemTech start up Elvie. Prior to that he was Group Director for Logistics and Warehousing for BMI Group, Europe’s largest manufacturer and distributor of roofing and waterproofing solutions.
Mark’s extensive practical experience is supported by an MBA with Distinction from the University of Waikato in New Zealand, where he majored in Supply Chain management and large organisational change.
Peter joined GSF in November 2021, having previously held a number of senior Inventory Management positions. He has pursued a 35+ year career in Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, and Purchasing, for leading brands within the automotive, retail and builders merchant sectors.
He is vastly experienced in creating and leading successful Inventory Management teams, and implementing demand and supply planning systems and processes. He holds an MSc in Supply Chain Management from Cranfield University.
Mike joined GSF in June 2007 to develop a national corporate accounts programme for the group. He is a seasoned sales professional with a background in building teams and strategy for the UK and Europe.
Mike brings a wealth of experience from over 30 years working in senior management positions within the automotive industry, working for leading blue chip companies such as Crompton, SP tools, Tenneco Walker & Monroe, Axle Group, and Pregis corporation he is professionally trained and involved in sales channels to market on many key automotive product groups.
