NATIONAL motor factor GSF Car Parts has, for the past two years, been dedicated to supporting the Mission Christmas charity and making a difference in the lives of local children in need during the festive season. Our teams have worked tirelessly to collect donations and have received incredible support from our Team Members at our Fort and Midpoint Distribution Centres.

In addition to our efforts at The Fort and Midpoint, our Chester site has also been actively collecting gifts for the Alder Hey Children’s Hospital Trust. We are proud to say that both teams have gathered an amazing selection of toys for children of all ages, ensuring that underprivileged and less fortunate kids can also experience the joy of Christmas.

HR Director Jo Warren said: “We’ve had such an amazing response from everyone and it’s great to see the donations growing each year. Not everyone is able to enjoy Christmas in the same way so it’s really important for us to offer what we can where we’re able. These donations can really make a difference and any gift, no matter how small, can hopefully make someone’s Christmas a bit more special.”

The Fort Senior Team Leader Mark Fishwick said: “We wanted to help those less fortunate than ourselves and felt this has been a fantastic way to do so. We’re into our third year now and all the team really get on board here, which is fantastic. The more people hear the more contributions we get, it’s been brilliant.”

Donations were made to the charities last week from all our sites. Together, we are making sure that as many people as possible can have a merry Christmas in 2023.
