28^th January 2026: With the automotive aftermarket facing an escalating skills crisis, Servicesure has announced a new strategic partnership to help members secure skilled staff faster and more effectively.

The Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI) warns the sector will need over 160,000 new skilled workers by 2031, with technician shortages already restricting workshop capacity and growth.
