Servicesure partners with Service Advisor Academy to offer new one-day courses
8th May 2026: Servicesure, a nationwide network of independent garages across the UK, has announced it will enhance the support given to its members through a new partnership with the Service Advisor Academy.
With rising costs and the need for a strong pipeline of work in garages, Servicesure members will now have access to proven tools and techniques that improve customer experiences and help colleagues drive value for their workshops.
Members will be now able to choose between the Academy’s 12-month (six training day) IMI accredited training or a condensed one-day session.
From handling difficult conversations to presenting work in a way customers understand, the Service Advisor Academy delivers real world training that makes an immediate difference. This is practical, hands-on development that helps teams boost conversion, build trust, and deliver the level of service customers remember.
Emma Lindley, Founder of Service Advisor Academy, said: “This is a really exciting step forward together. Garages have told me how important this training is, but also that a one-day option will make the programme even more accessible.”
Adam O’Neill, Partnership Director, GSF Car Parts, added: “We really want to support garages to secure work and grow. This training is a key step in helping them do that. Practical and accessible – we’re really excited about moving this forward.”
While other training providers exist, service advisors have never had an academy or community exclusively focused on their unique skill set until now. Servicesure members can use their training day allocation for colleagues to attend the course, meaning this comes at no extra cost to member garages.
The partnership is another step in Servicesure’s ongoing investment in providing practical support that helps garages grow and thrive.
