Sukhpal and the Ahluwalia family co-invested in GSF alongside Epiris in October 2023 Renowned as a pioneer in the automotive aftermarket, Sukhpal was the founder of Euro Car Parts and is the current Non-Executive Chairman of real estate and private equity business Dominus.

Steve is a seasoned leader with vast experience across multiple industries although much of his career has been in the automotive sector. He was Chief Operating Officer at Euro Car Parts and has since held CEO posts at the SPOT Group, OT Group and Petromin (Saudi Arabia).

In 2023 Steve was named CEO of the Year by CEO Monthly.

Martin Gray joined GSF Car Parts as Chief People Officer in December 2023, bringing with him a strong track record of building high-performance cultures that fuel commercial success. He leads all aspects of our people agenda, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, HR Operations, Payroll, and ESG. Martin played key roles in scaling both Phones4u and Euro Car Parts, where he was instrumental in aligning people strategy with aggressive business growth. At GSF, he champions a culture of accountability, speed, and empowerment; putting people at the heart of our transformation.

Mike brings a wealth of experience to GSF from his previous role as CFO of Victoria PLC from 2016 to 2022, where he played a pivotal role in growing the company's EBITDA from c. £20 million to c. £200 million. This involved the management and integration of significant investments and synergy initiatives, as well as raising over £1 billion in investment financing.

Prior to this, Mike spent 9 years in the Investment Banking division of Rothschild & Co, specialising in mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance; and previously 3 years in the Forensic Services division of PwC, where he completed his chartered accountancy qualification.

Mike grew up in Hong Kong and studied Engineering at the University of Cambridge.

Debasish, known as Dev, is a dynamic senior business leader with over 25 years of international experience. His career spans across India and Europe, showcasing his versatility in strategy, sales, and operations among other areas. Dev excels in diverse environments, from start-ups to multinational corporations, leveraging his strategic acumen and leadership to drive growth and operational excellence. His hands-on approach and keen insight into market trends have been instrumental in developing sustainable business strategies.

With automotive experience from General Motos, Euro Car Parts and Schaeffler, Dev joins GSF Group as Chief Commercial Officer.

With a wealth of experience in both the retail and trade sectors, Mark has a proven track record of improving profitability by executing functional strategies and change management programmes in small and large companies. In recent years his work has focused on business transformation and turnaround for Private Equity in companies such as Everest Home Improvements, Menzies Distribution, Euro Car Parts, Armitage Pet Care and CitySprint, where he was COO.

He has held board and executive level positions across Operations, Property, Store Development, Supply Chain & Logistics and Compliance at companies including Benchmarx Kitchens and Joinery, Focus DIY, The Original Factory Shop and CitySprint. During this time, he has completed projects ranging from a start-up trade business through to financial restructuring as well as large-scale cultural change programmes.

Shaun is a highly experienced technology leader with over 25 years spent delivering technology and business transformation within the retail, logistics and distribution sectors.

He joined GSF Group in August 2023 and leads the company's systems development, infrastructure and IT service delivery functions.

Falgun has extensive experience in the motor factor and aftermarket parts industry with over 20 years spent in program management, inventory management and warehouse operations.

He joined GSF Group in March 2024 and oversees logistical operations for the national distribution centre, and wider network.

Lee brings extensive industry expertise to GSF, with senior leadership experience at Euro Car Parts and ISN. He has a strong track record in driving growth and innovation across garage concepts, national accounts, and commercial strategy.

Starting his career at GSF as a Sales Advisor, Lee gained a deep understanding of the business and its customer-first culture. Since rejoining in January 2024, he has led the development of national accounts and the garage equipment division.

Robbie brings over 20 years of experience in the car parts and accessories eCommerce sector, with a strong track record of driving growth across European markets. Having spent significant time working in France and Germany, he blends international insight with a deep understanding of local market dynamics. Known for his hands-on, direct approach, Robbie is both energetic and results-driven, consistently delivering impressive performance in leadership roles. His ability to adapt, lead teams, and execute with precision has made him a valuable asset in scaling businesses and unlocking new opportunities across the automotive eCommerce landscape.

James has successfully worked in automotive aftermarket marketing and communications roles for over 25 years. His background begun with senior roles within manufacturers and fast-growing distributors, before extensive agency and publishing-side experience. He joined in early 2024 to establish a stronger marketing culture within GSF.
