GSF outlines expansion plans with 20 new sites mapped out for 2026
12th January 2026: GSF Car Parts, the UK’s fastest-growing motor factor, has revealed its plans to open an additional 20 new branches in 2026.
The company has gone against the overall trend of the UK vehicle aftermarket, which experienced a challenging 2025, to grow more than 20% in each of the last three years. In July 2025, GSF hit a landmark 200 branches and currently operates 206 branch locations.
Whilst exact locations are still under wraps, GSF says 12 sites are already confirmed and will open by the end of April. This includes a relocation to a better facility for the existing branch in Burgess Hill.
A further eight branches are being considered for the second half of the year. Far from slowing down, this planned expansion is an acceleration of the expansion programme that saw 12 new branches opened last year and 15 opened in 2024.
GSF has propelled the business forward with a raft of investments totalling more than £100 million over the last eighteen months. Enhancements have included the opening of its national distribution centre (NDC) in Wolverhampton.
Steve Horne, CEO at GSF Car Parts, said: “GSF has momentum and we are looking for more success in 2026. Off the back of a brilliant 2025 which also saw industry-leading growth for legacy branches, we start our branch expansion programme a full three months ahead of where we were last year. We’re determined to be the employer of choice, offering the best rewards and opportunities for success.
“We are on track to accelerate the growth seen last year and it’s based around doing everything we can to serve our customers and empowering our local team. We are pushing ahead with our sights fully set on becoming the UK’s number one aftermarket distributor.”
The GSF talent team welcomes the opportunity to discuss roles and vacancies with anyone interested.
