How does the earn and burn program work?

All GSF trade accounts will automatically earn points through TradeClub, which can be redeemed on any of GSF’s range of products or a hand-crafted selection of rewards.

Am I eligible?

All GSF independent garage customers who are not currently part of the rebate programme are eligible.

Is there a fee to join?

TradeClub is free for all eligible GSF trade customers.

What purchases or actions qualify for earning points?

TradeClub points will be available when purchasing the majority of the GSF product and garage equipment range.

How are points calculated? How many points do I earn per pound spent?

All eligible TradeClub products will earn points. Each TradeClub point has a monetary value of £0.01.

How long does it take for points to appear in my account?

Points will be assigned to your account at the beginning of each month for the previous month's purchases.

What happens to existing points I have earned before the relaunch?

Your points balance as of 31st December 2024 has been moved to the new system. Any points earned on or after that date will automatically be credited to your new account.

How do I earn points?

TradeClub points will be available to earn on various GSF parts and garage equipment range products. Each TradeClub point has a monetary value of £0.01.

How do I redeem my points?

You can redeem points in any GSF branch. Ask your sales advisor to enquire how many points you have.

What rewards can I get with my points?

Members can spend points on a select range of GSF products and garage equipment, or treat yourself to a host of vouchers from the likes of Amazon, Aldi, M&S, Tesco, Costa, Adidas, Nike, Greggs, Morrisons and many more… Redeem your points for vouchers with your local GSF branch. You will receive a voucher email with a code/URL link based on whether you have ordered a OneCode voucher or a specific shop voucher.

Can I use my points to pay off outstanding payments in my trade account?

No, TradeClub points can only be used to purchase eligible products and vouchers.

How long are points valid?

Points remain on your account for three years, after which unused points will expire.

How do I check my points balance?

You can find out your TradeClub points balance by either calling your local GSF Car Parts branch or looking at your invoices. Note – if you have requested for the balance to be removed from your invoices this will not be shown.

Can I use my points as a deposit on garage equipment purchased through extended credit with GSF?

Yes

Can I use TradeClub points to buy tools and garage equipment?

Yes. If you do not have sufficient points to cover the full purchase, you can still use your points as part payment leaving a balance to pay. Your order will then be fulfilled as usual.
